- We added additional processors to all of our primary customer servers, resulting in increased performance and data handling capabilities
- We upgraded our network to include Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to better move VoIP traffic in and out of our networks
- Due to increased usage from more customers (thank you for your support!) we qualified for a premium service change from our primary upstream provider at no additional cost
