All calls to numbers anywhere in the United States and Canada are included at no additional cost. That means all local and all long-distance is included for free. International calls can be made at a per minute rate but require special access to ensure that billing is set up properly. If you require this access, our SmartReps will work with you to get you set up.
As for all those taxes and recovery fees and surcharges and other weird things you see on your phone bill today, they all go away with SmartVox phone service. Well, all except for New York sales tax, which we have to charge you if you have a billing address in New York State. No other weird fees, surcharges, taxes, or other things will be on your bill. If we tell you it’s $50 per month, it will be $50 per month (plus New York sales tax if applicable). Not a penny more.
