The voice mail system has its own prompts to guide you through it, but here is a complete listing of the voice mail menu structure. Not all options/prompts may be enabled for you specifically. Check with your phone system administrator if you believe something is not working, as it may not be enabled for your account.

    • 3 – Advanced options
      • 1 – Reply
      • 2 – Call back
      • 3 – Message envelope
      • 4 – Outgoing call
      • 5 – Send message
    • 4 – Play previous message
    • 5 – Repeat current message
    • 6 – Play next message
    • 7 – Delete message
    • 8 – Forward message to another mailbox
      • 1 – Use mail box number
      • 2 – Use directory
    • 9 – Save message
      • 0 – Save in new messages
      • 1 – Save in old messages
      • 2 – Save in work messages
      • 3 – Save in family messages
      • 4 – Save in friends messages
    • * – During message playback = rewind, otherwise = help
    • # – During message playback = fast forward, otherwise = exit
  • 2 – Change folders
